What you can write about

• Questions about the site: check the how it works page first — most questions (is it a scam? does it charge anything? does anything arrive?) are already answered there. Spoiler: no, no, and no.
• Your account and your data: access, correction, or deletion of your data and account. Full detail on what we store lives in the Privacy Policy.
• Press and partnerships: interviews, data on the dopamine-site phenomenon, or business proposals.
• Suggestions and bugs: a product you wanted to 'buy' and couldn't find, a new idea, or something broken on the site.

Who answers

The person who reads and replies is Paulo Campos, the creator of Comprei Nada. There's no support desk and no auto-reply: if you write, a real person reads it.

Response time

We reply within 5 business days — usually sooner. Data-request emails get priority.

Reminder

Comprei Nada will never ask you for card details, passwords, or payment data by email. If someone does in our name, it isn't us.
