1. What Comprei Nada is

Comprei Nada (compreinada.com) is a shopping-simulation platform built for entertainment and financial well-being. The idea is simple: give you the feeling of buying what you wanted, without spending a cent — and show you, at the end, how much you saved by not buying. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the platform.

2. 100% simulated

This is the single most important point in these Terms, so we'll be direct:

• No purchase made here is real. The orders, the cart, the checkout, the 'payment,' and the tracking are all fictional.
• No amount is ever charged, at any point — not now, not later. There's no subscription, fee, or hidden charge.
• No product is ever delivered. There's no inventory, shipping, or carrier. The 'tracking' is a staged experience for entertainment.
• Prices shown are reference values observed in the market, used only to calculate your symbolic 'savings.' They may be outdated and don't represent an offer to sell.

3. Checkout never collects payment data

Since there's no charge, our checkout never asks for or stores payment data: no card numbers, CVV, bank details, or purchase-related PIX. If anyone asks for that in our name, be suspicious — it isn't us.

The only time we mention voluntary payment is the optional support button ('buy me a coffee'), a donation that's never a condition for using the site.

4. Affiliate links

Some products may show a link to a third-party store (like Amazon). These are affiliate links, always disclosed as such. If you click and make a real purchase there, Comprei Nada may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

• The purchase happens entirely on the third-party store, under its own terms, prices, timelines, and policies.
• Comprei Nada is not the seller, intermediary, or responsible party for that external transaction, delivery, warranty, or after-sales support.
• We don't control the price or availability shown by the partner store at the time you buy.

5. Your account

You can use most of the site without an account. To save your order history, accumulated savings, and achievements, you can create an account via Google login or a magic link sent to your email.

• You're responsible for keeping access to the email linked to your account.
• Please use the site respectfully — no attempts to bypass, overload, mass-scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to contato@compreinada.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

6. Everything else

The Comprei Nada name, layout, copy, code, and original visual elements belong to Comprei Nada and are legally protected. Third-party brands, product names, logos, and images that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, used here purely to identify the simulated products — with no affiliation or endorsement implied.

Comprei Nada is entertainment and financial-wellness support, not a shopping service, and not financial, legal, or psychological advice — the 'savings' figures are symbolic estimates, not an accounting measure. We may update these Terms as the service or the law changes; continued use after a change means you accept the current version.
